‘Love Sheffield Music Hate Racism’ Album Launch Party!!!!!! Thursday 5th October @ THE HUBS, HALLAM UNION, SHEFFIELD

Sheffield city has a long and proud history of challenging racism and an equally proud history of producing great music. We decided to promote the energy and quality of our SHEFFIELD MUSIC and use it to celebrate diversity; by putting together the ‘LOVE SHEFFIELD MUSIC HATE RACISM ALBUM’, a double CD featuring Sheffield artists.

To launch the ‘Love Sheffield Music Hate Racism’ Album, the Sheffield LMHR group are promoting a great night of music at The Hubs. Sounds on the night feature:
DJ JIMMY RICH + LIL GEE playing turntabalist Hip-Hop breaks and drum and bass. CONSTANT CREATION tuff conscious lyrics over phat beatz. ACS DJ’s special guest DJ’s from the Hallam African and Caribbean Society ALLOUT KREW up and coming Sheffield stars with hip-hop and grime beats with vocalists, giving a great performance at Sharrow Festival.
JUNGLIST ALLIANCE with ROGUE STATE Sheffield’s biggest Jungle Crew ramming it in a Bass Bar (DQ) every Thursday and now with their new ‘Dub Step’ label ‘R8 Records.

Over the next year ‘Love Sheffield Music Hate Racism’, plan to put on a series of music events and a splendid new inner city ‘Unity Festival’ featuring artists on the LMHRS album.
