[bndfc-web-tech] Uploading files to dev site

Hi.

I have been playing around with some of the css and template files, and am
trying to upload ('commit') edited files to the dev site using Tortoise svn as
suggested. However, I think I need a user name and password before I can do
this, 'cos that's as far as it lets me get!

Has such a thing been set up for me, or does it still need to be done?
Basically, can I have the 'keys' please!
