[bndfc-web-tech] More dev site updates

Chris,

Okay, having had a little time to look at our latest version of the dev site
after  yesterday's update, there are a few alterations I'd like you to make for
me.

Firstly, the png I sent you was too big, and have noticed it goes off screen at
a 640x480 resolution. I've attached a smaller one to replace it!

Also, when viewed at 800x600, the navigation and search field pile on top of
each other. It might be better to go back to having them in a row below the
header to solve this for now (you could put it all on a background colour of
#336699 to create a darker blue navigation/search strip under the header).

I'd also like to make the overall text a bit smaller: 0.75em for the main
content, navigation and search field, and 1.35em for the h1,h2 tag.

Hope that's not too much to ask!
