Ideally the whole thing should be automated I think. She should be able to
create her own username and password as part of the process of adding her shop
to the directory. Those details are added to the database - I don't receive any
of it, it just gets added to the directory automatically. If at a later date
she needs to change the phone number or something, then she has to browse to
her details and login.

I've never actually entered any details into a directory, so I'm not really sure
how they work. I'm really just trying to avoid a situation where someone could
feasibly 'sabotage' someone elses details...
