[Cafe] bitfixit decision making process proposal

hi all,

I believe we've recently recd approx £5k in a small grant

I assume we're going to have to make a decision on what we spend the money that
the ndfc ( or whoever it was ) gave us.

I also assume since we are all intelligent independent freethinkers we'll have
share some thoughts on the best things to spend it on and also have some
different ideas.

To make sure we make the best decisions and create some consensus between
ourselves that we've made the correct choices I'd like us to look at some
formal consensus and decision making processes
