Subject: Consensus Decision making support ?
To: pradsa at googlegroups.com
Hi,
I volunteer in a weekly community workshop providing technical support for PC's.
( it generally involves running / installing AV software, antispyware software
blah ).
The project was recently awarded the princely sum of £5K ( whoa! ). Amongst the
project workers we have a degree of agreement on what we should spend the money
on ( rent, electricity.. ), and also a degree of difference ( laptops each,
publicity .. ).
I remember some of the parts of the recent decision making workshop, but could
anybody recommend a good consensus building, decision making strategies we can
use that will make sure that we, at least, are convinced we made the correct
choices.
Thanks in advance
