[Cafe] cafe project - funding?

yup good idea to get that review started - we should have a meeting as well.
Just checked - funding was given in beggining of July - 6 month review point
is now.

We should get a money breakdown against what we said we'd spend!

Then perhaps think about future re funding - now we're paying the leccy etc
we can't just stop!
