[Cafe] Tenancy and lease

I have to shoulder some blame for gareth doing all the leg work there,  
sorry!

On a plus side 2 cheques that have been lying about for almost 5  
months have been cashed, almost £300 added to the bank account.

Unfortunatly I will not be able to make this Saturday! Kev I'll try to  
drop that key stick round yours at some point.
