[Cafe] Funding/tenancy/admin

Hi,

Just to let you all know I haven't forgotten about the admin stuff I said I was gonna do. I've just been having a bit of trouble getting myself together. I'm busy this weekend (although will be at cafe, which might be a good time to discuss this) and away next week. I'm up for making a real start on funding applications after that (the tudor trust and the talktalk options both seem well worth looking into), if people feel it can wait a week. 

Re recruitment of new volunteers - so far, as you know, we've got an email for college tutors and most of a leaflet together, and I am happy to engage with college tutors and get the leaflet out if the general decision is made in favour of recruiting new volunteers at this time.

Re tenancy, I'd be up for meeting with Ibrahim and/or the council - makes sense for me to do this since it's likely I will have some free time within office hours as I am not working (yet).

Sorry I haven't been more on the case, and I hope the fact I'm away for a bit doesn't mean it will be too late for me to help.
