[Cafe] BITfixIT boiler

Dear comrades,
Unfortunately we couldn't get the boiler to fire up on Saturday -
there was a smell of gas after trying to reset the boiler and relight
the pilot. We had the thermostat turned up to 25 at the time. We
couldn't get hot water due to not being able to fire up the boiler.
Please can you raise this with Chris Bailey as you seem to be able to
get past the call-centre?
As ever, please tell them to try Kevin for keys he is available most
of the time and 2 min round the corner.

The problem at the moment with the boiler is that the fan is noisy and the thermostat was turned down to 10 hence not firing up, it need to be at 20-25 for it to fire up, they are checking the hot water and will be in touch if they find any other problems
