[Cafe] BITfixIT boiler

My phone was off this morning for an hour-or-so as I had an appt with my doctor.
This is the first (and only) time that my phone hasn't been switched on for
weeks. I had no missed calls when I switched it back on today. If anyone from
Kier had tried to contact me, I would know about it. I suspect that claims to
have "tried to contact both Kevin and Gareth but no reply" are bullshit.
The problem with the boiler is unlikely to be due to the thermostat not being
switched-up sufficiently: how thick do they think we are?
Anyway, we'll have to wait and see...
I'm happy assist with the lease negotiations, if this would help, as I do know
the recent background of the BCAT/BCAF business and the current/previous
projects based at 268. Let me know if you want me to attend the proposed
meetings.
Best regards, comrades.
