[messenger-announce] Masterplan - website update

[Burngreave Messenger]

Dear all,

The Messenger website has been updated to include information about the third
round of consultation on the Masterplan for Burngreave and Fir Vale:

The Council have made the plans available as a pdf file, which can be
downloaded
from their website (follow the link on our article) - the file is called 'Draft
Master Plan October 2004' and is about 1.2MB.  You can also find information
about how to comment on the Masterplan at this site.

The Messenger wants to know what YOU think...
